Third-party paid packages

Some skill pages link to paid courses or resource packages sold by outside creators through their own checkout (for example, via Selar). These purchases are made directly with that seller, not with Knoxcel. Refund eligibility for those purchases is governed by the seller's own refund policy, shown to you on their checkout page before you pay.

If something goes wrong

• If a linked package isn't what it claimed to be, or the checkout looks wrong in any way, contact our support first — we'll help you sort it out with the seller or flag the listing for review.
• If you were charged in error or a purchase didn't go through correctly, reach out within 7 days with your receipt and we'll help you get it resolved.
• We remove listings that generate repeated, unresolved complaints.
